～教会における罪の取り扱い方法① Dealing With Sin in the Church [Mathew 18:15-20]～
今日もイエス様のたとえ話が続きます。
今日は、教会に所属している兄弟姉妹が同じクリスチャンである自分に対して罪を犯した場合にどうすればよいか？という具体的な方法をイエス様が教えておられます。
相手が自分に対して罪を犯す、とは具体的にどういう行為が考えられるでしょうか。
例えばその相手から裁くような言葉を言われたり、霊的なつまずきになるようなイベントや行いに誘われたりすることでしょうか。しかし、ダビデは詩編で重い罪を犯したとき「あなた（神）に対して罪を犯しました」と言っています。究極的には罪を犯したとき、私たちは神に対して罪を犯していることになります。
まず驚くべきことは、罪を犯した側でなく、それを被った側からアクションをとる、という点です。もしかしたらイエス様は罪を犯した兄弟を「一匹の迷い出た羊」にたとえておられるのかも知れません。罪を重ねると群れ（教会）から離れる可能性が高くなるからです。
イエス様曰く、まず罪を犯した相手のところに行って、2人きりで話しなさい、これがはじめにすることです。これは大変勇気のいる行動です。普通だったらその人との距離を置くか、教会を変えるなどして極力罪を犯した相手から離れようとします。しかし兄弟姉妹の間ではそうでなく、群れに戻ってくるようにその相手に必死で（神の心で）働きかけなければなりません。これが教会と世の方法と違うところです。そして相手がその罪を認めて神と、その人との和解に至れば、その人を群れに戻せたことになります。

Today, what should you do if a brother or sister in church sins against you? Jesus teaches you exactly how to do this.
What exactly does it mean for someone to sin against you?
For example, does that person say judgmental words to you or invite you to an event or act that causes you to stumble? However, David says in the Psalms that when he committed a serious sin, he said that "I have sinned against you, God." Ultimately, when we sin, we are sinning against God.
The first surprising thing for me is that we take action not from the guilty side, but from the one who suffers it. Perhaps Jesus likens the sinful brother to a lost sheep. The more sins you commit, the more likely you are to leave the flock.
Jesus says, go first to the sinner and speak to him alone, this is the first thing. This is a very courageous thing to do for us. Normally, you would try to distance yourself from the person, or you would try to get away from the person who committed the crime as much as possible by changing churches etc. This is not the case among brothers and sisters, who must work hard (with God's heart) to get back into the flock. This is the difference between the way of the church and the world. If the man admits his guilt, he comes to peace with God, and is restored to the flock.
